About The Position
The Demand Analyst is a member of the North America Demand Planning team that is responsible for developing a demand plan, participating in S&OP, and executing a multi year demand plan to support the business objectives of Revenue, Cost, Cash, and Customer Experience.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Mathematics or Engineering
Responsibilities
- Use and maintain the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool, reviewing historical sales trends, researching demand drivers, preparing forecast data, developing statistical forecast models, and evaluating forecast results.
- Identify key global supply shortages across the business. Calculate total revenue risk tied to shortages and present bi-quarterly to executive partners.
- Create and implement processes to achieve best in class performance.
- Identify practices that cause gyration to the supply base and systematically resolve.
- Collaborate with Supply Planning to achieve inventory targets.
- Drive alignment with Sales, Finance, Supply, Product and Engineering teams on demand plan over 2-year planning horizon.
