About The Position

The Delivery Yard Coordinator keeps the equipment yard organized and equipment ready for rental, and delivers equipment to customer job sites. The role includes cleaning, servicing, staging, and performing light maintenance on equipment; safely loading and securing equipment for transport; and representing Rexco during customer deliveries. The position also supports the shop and team as needed and follows safety practices. Rexco is a 100% employee-owned company, and employees participate in company ownership through its ESOP.

Requirements

• Class A CDL.
• Clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work outdoors and perform hands-on work.
• Friendly, professional attitude with customers.
• Employment is contingent on passing a drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Experience hauling equipment or heavy loads, including securing loads with chains, binders, and straps.
• Knowledge of construction or rental equipment.

Responsibilities

• Organize, stage, and prepare equipment and attachments for rental.
• Wash and grease equipment and perform light maintenance, including oil changes, air-filter changes, and tire-pressure checks.
• Drive a truck and trailer to deliver equipment to job sites.
• Load and secure equipment safely for transport.
• Keep delivery logs and inspection reports up to date.
• Represent Rexco during deliveries, obtain customer signatures, and show customers how to operate their equipment.
• Assist the shop and team as needed.
• Follow safety practices every day.
