About The Position

The Delivery Team Lead works on a delivery team and reports to the Delivery Manager. This role is the primary communication point with management and stakeholders for orchestrating the team's day-to-day work. The lead manages work intake and execution in an Agile environment and organizes the team's work using the Kanban framework and a Kanban board. The role may support multiple teams and may represent multiple business units, serving as their voice within the delivery team and supporting their strategies and vision. The position calls for strong collaboration and organization, the ability to lead in a team environment, and the ability to oversee work through completion. The incumbent builds relationships with business and technology stakeholders and vendors, communicates and negotiates scope, helps prioritize and manage backlogs, and maintains a team roadmap. The anticipated work arrangement is hybrid, with three days per week of in-person collaboration and two remote days; work location may change based on business needs, and the Delivery Manager has discretion over the onsite/remote designation. FNBO describes its employee experience as centered on belonging, fostering a workplace culture where employees of all backgrounds feel valued, recognized, and empowered to be themselves. The company is an equal opportunity employer.
