About The Position

The client is seeking an experienced Delivery Program Manager with a strong background in technology delivery and program management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large, complex programs, particularly within the Telecom, Cable, Broadband, or Mobile industries. This role requires a proven ability to manage significant project budgets ($5M+), oversee Project Managers, and demonstrate advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe). Experience with specific technologies such as DOCSIS, Wi-Fi, PON, LTE/5G, Cloud, DevOps, and APIs is essential. The role also demands strong executive-level communication and presentation skills. The focus is on Program/Delivery Leadership, not purely infrastructure or network engineering.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Technology Delivery / Program Management
• 3+ years managing large, complex programs
• Strong Telecom / Cable / Broadband / Mobile experience
• Managed $5M+ project budgets
• Experience managing Project Managers
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, risks, dependencies, and governance skills
• Advanced Agile / Scrum / SAFe experience
• Experience with DOCSIS, Wi-Fi, PON, LTE/5G, Cloud, DevOps, APIs
• Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Manage large, complex programs in the technology delivery space.
• Oversee project managers and guide their work.
• Manage project budgets exceeding $5M.
