About The Position

Pohanka Nissan Hyundai of Fredericksburg is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Delivery/Product Specialist to join our team in Fredericksburg, VA. In this role, you will be the key liaison ensuring customers receive their vehicles promptly and with a full understanding of their features and benefits. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive or customer service training is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex product features in an understandable and engaging manner.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in automotive delivery or customer service preferred.
  • Proficiency with dealership management software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the delivery process for new and pre-owned vehicles to customers.
  • Provide detailed product demonstrations, explaining vehicle features, technology, and maintenance requirements.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are accurately completed during the delivery process.
  • Collaborate with sales and service departments to facilitate smooth handoffs and resolve any delivery-related issues.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of current Nissan and Hyundai vehicle models and updates.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to promote satisfaction and repeat business.
