About The Position

NFM’s Delivery Preparation team assembles and inspects merchandise to ensure products are in excellent condition before delivery to customers. The role works in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and directly supports the customer experience. The scheduled second-shift hours are 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with full weekend availability required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Positive, upbeat attitude.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull weights required by established departmental requirements.
• Ability to work night, weekend, and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but is not limited to, a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of labor or warehouse experience.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle products safely to prevent injury and damage.
• Safely use mechanical aids such as flats, dollies, box cutters, and power tools.
• Assemble products using hand tools and detailed instructions.
• Inspect completed work to ensure products look and function properly.
