Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5 plus years of related experience and 2 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 8 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of management experience
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities
- Managing the operation and maintenance of motor vehicles and equipment
- Managing key operating performance indicators including offload rates as well as managing performance to budget and meeting financial goals
- Establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships by providing oversight to route planning to meet customer needs
- Partnering with human resources to ensure appropriate staffing levels throughout the year in order to foster a work environment with maximized employee involvement
- Providing development to supervisory and driver staff, and potentially leading various committees, such as quality and safety
- Other duties as assigned
