As a Software Application Architect manager, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with an exceptional team of Business Analysts, Business Architects, Software Developers, and Software Architects within the DMV account portfolio as a part of a SLDC application design process. Together, you will co-create, design, deploy, and maintain reliable, available, and future-proof systems and services. Requirements

5+ years of experience in direct customer facing roles (e.g. customer partner, delivery partner, project manager, etc)
5+ years of experience leading delivery teams
5+ years of management experience, specifically managing 20+ employees
Architectural experience of large customer change and transformation projects
In depth knowledge and experience of hardware and software including connectivity between platforms
Sound knowledge of Kyndryl competencies, managed platforms, IT services, technology vendors
Experience in leading/doer role, with specific knowledge or experience similar to the employees being lead and managed
Ability to partner with Delivery Partner(s) to generate positive customer outcomes
Well versed for direct and constant interaction with the customer
Sympathetic and empowering delivery resource manager, fostering growth
Must be US based to support US Government Market
Role is located in Frisco, TX site with onsite management required 5 days per week
