About The Position

We are looking for a Delivery Lead – Technology Transition to coordinate stakeholders and delivery for the regional workstreams within the broader RTAL (Aluminium & Lithium) technology transition program. In this role, you will support the integration and management of OT, IT, Digital, and Financial assets into RTAL ownership, ensuring stakeholders are engaged and delivery activities are planned, tracked, and executed in alignment with the broader transition program. Working within the Transition team, you will collaborate closely with regional operational teams, Technical Business Analysts, Architecture, and central IS&T partners to progress transition activities while maintaining operational stability.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience delivering technology, digital, engineering, or program/project initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience leading or coordinating delivery across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong understanding of delivery planning, dependency management, and risk/issue escalation
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in evolving environments where priorities, scope, and constraints may shift

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in transformation or consultancy will be an asset.
  • Experience in asset-intensive industries or large-scale transition or integration programs is an asset, but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery coordination for a defined transition workstream, ensuring scope, timelines, and outcomes are met
  • Coordinate and engage across regional operational teams, IS&T partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Translate portfolio priorities into clear workstream plans, milestones, and activities
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where required
  • Partner with Technical Business Analysts on scoping, sequencing, and impact assessments
  • Monitor transition progress, including early performance issues and stabilisation actions
  • Provide clear and concise reporting on delivery progress, risks, and overall confidence
  • Work closely with Technical Business Analysts to support scoping, estimation, sequencing, and impact assessment of transition and replacement activities.
  • Support transition stabilisation by tracking early performance issues, remediation actions, and handover readiness into BAU teams.
  • Contribute to transition reporting by providing clear, accurate updates on progress, risks, and delivery confidence.
  • Operate within defined governance guardrails, ensuring delivery activity aligns to portfolio priorities and does not disrupt BAU operations.
