The Opportunity JMW is expanding our team of Delivery Leaders. Note: This is not an IT/technology position. We Seek High-Impact Delivery Leaders with: 8–12 years of relevant experience in transformation or organizational change Expertise in large-scale organizational change and performance improvement Proven track record in delivering complex transformation engagements Strong program leadership and facilitation skills A minimum of a four-year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (required); an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus Ideal Candidate Profile Experience leading enterprise-wide transformations Background working with Fortune 500 organizations Capital project consulting experience Executive coaching and advisory experience Why JMW? Requirements

8–12 years of relevant experience in transformation or organizational change
Expertise in large-scale organizational change and performance improvement
Proven track record in delivering complex transformation engagements
Strong program leadership and facilitation skills
A minimum of a four-year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (required); an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus
Exceptional business and financial acumen
Management consulting background (industry focus preferred)
Ability to navigate complex global organizations
Established C-suite credibility and executive presence
Program management expertise and experience delivering large-scale initiatives
History of long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships
Ability to drive cultural and behavioral change in large organizations
Entrepreneurial yet collaborative approach to consulting
Proven large-group facilitation abilities
Commitment to continuous learning and client success
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Willingness to travel 50%+
