The Opportunity JMW is expanding our team of Delivery Leaders. Note: This is not an IT/technology position. We Seek High-Impact Delivery Leaders with: 8–12 years of relevant experience in transformation or organizational change Expertise in large-scale organizational change and performance improvement Proven track record in delivering complex transformation engagements Strong program leadership and facilitation skills A minimum of a four-year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (required); an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus Ideal Candidate Profile Experience leading enterprise-wide transformations Background working with Fortune 500 organizations Capital project consulting experience Executive coaching and advisory experience Why JMW? Requirements

  • 8–12 years of relevant experience in transformation or organizational change
  • Expertise in large-scale organizational change and performance improvement
  • Proven track record in delivering complex transformation engagements
  • Strong program leadership and facilitation skills
  • A minimum of a four-year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (required); an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus
  • Exceptional business and financial acumen
  • Management consulting background (industry focus preferred)
  • Ability to navigate complex global organizations
  • Established C-suite credibility and executive presence
  • Program management expertise and experience delivering large-scale initiatives
  • History of long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Ability to drive cultural and behavioral change in large organizations
  • Entrepreneurial yet collaborative approach to consulting
  • Proven large-group facilitation abilities
  • Commitment to continuous learning and client success
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel 50%+
  • Authorization to work in the US (required)
