The role also owns Continuous Change Management (CCM) for the Digital landscape, including control execution, defect remediation, preventive maintenance, and disciplined weekly reporting—providing enterprise level visibility, risk mitigation, and audit readiness at scale. The role provides enterprise level visibility and confidence to senior leadership by embedding strong governance, audit readiness, and risk management into day-to-day delivery—ensuring that speed, agility, and innovation are balanced with disciplined controls and regulatory compliance.
