About The Position

Domino’s is hiring a Delivery Expert to deliver products to customers within a designated area and perform general store team-member duties. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including into management. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Team members operate equipment; stock ingredients and supplies; prepare products; take and process telephone orders; complete inventory and related paperwork; and clean equipment and the facility. Delivery duties include driving products to customers’ doors and distributing flyers and door hangers. The role requires navigating delivery locations, including multi-story buildings and stairs, while carrying products.

The position involves standing and walking for much of the work, lifting and carrying supplies and products, and occasional pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, and reaching. Team members may work in varying temperatures and weather, and may encounter food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must be able to read a map and locate addresses in the designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and stairs.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Must be able to perform the physical duties described, including lifting and carrying supplies and products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within the designated delivery area.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Navigate delivery locations, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings, while carrying products.
