About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring a Delivery Expert to deliver products to customers within a designated area and perform general store team member duties. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career advancement, including potential paths into management and franchise ownership. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Team members operate store equipment, stock ingredients and supplies, prepare products, process telephone orders, take inventory, complete related paperwork, and clean the equipment and facility. Delivery duties include driving orders to customers, bringing products to the customer’s door, and delivering flyers and door hangers. The work involves standing for most tasks, walking between the store, vehicle, and customer locations, and occasionally sitting to complete paperwork. It may include lifting and carrying supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, pushing or pulling trays on dollies, bending, crouching, reaching, and navigating stairs or ladders. Delivery personnel may encounter adverse weather, varying temperatures, hot surfaces, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, food odors, and cornmeal dust. Driving may require night vision and navigating multi-story buildings and other delivery locations.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers by telephone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the physical duties described, including lifting and carrying supplies weighing up to 50 pounds and navigating stairs during deliveries.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car within the designated delivery area and bring them to customers’ doors.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Navigate to addresses using maps and travel through delivery locations, including multi-story buildings.
