About The Position

The Delivery Expert delivers pizza, sides, and other menu items to customers while providing positive, courteous service. The role also supports in-store operations by taking and processing orders, preparing food, stocking supplies, and helping keep the store clean. Delivery Experts are expected to drive safely, know the delivery area, handle cash accurately, and use company-issued equipment properly. The position offers training and opportunities for career progression.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must hold a valid driver’s license and provide proof of liability insurance.
Must have a clean, unrestricted driving record.
Must have a clean, reliable, and safe vehicle.
Must have an exceptional and positive attitude.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders and comprehend written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and Team Members in person and by phone.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods during scheduled work.
Ability to talk and hear on the telephone; near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks and mid-range and distant vision for delivery tasks.
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Ability to lift and move cases weighing up to 50 pounds, with occasional handling of other specified supplies and dough trays.

Responsibilities

Deliver pizza, sides, and other menu items to customers.
Project a positive image and provide friendly service to customers.
Drive safely and courteously while obeying traffic laws; know the store’s delivery area and read area maps.
Take orders by phone and in person, greet customers promptly, and build customer relationships.
Handle cash, make cash drops, reconcile funds, and report tips accurately.
Help make pizzas, prepare dough, and prepare or restock toppings.
Help keep the store clean and stocked.
Deliver leaflets and door hangers as required.
Use and properly display, return, and store Domino’s-issued equipment, including car toppers, hot bags, and jackets.
Unload and move product deliveries, including lifting and stacking supplies.
Perform other outside tasks such as removing trash, and occasionally navigate stairs or climb a ladder for signs, cleaning, or basic maintenance.
