About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver products to customers within a designated delivery area. The role combines driving and customer delivery with general store-team duties, including preparing products, processing orders, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, and cleaning. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including management roles.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must have navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses in the designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying products.
• Must be able to understand and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers, including by telephone.
• Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
• Must have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Must have motor coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately, and be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Must be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds, pushing or pulling trays, climbing stairs, bending, crouching, and reaching.
• Must be able to work amid varying temperatures and weather, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
• Must have the required visual and sensory abilities, including near, mid-range, far, and night vision, depth perception, and the ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within the designated delivery area; several deliveries may be made per shift.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate store equipment and stock ingredients from the delivery area into storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Navigate delivery routes, addresses, adverse terrain, and multi-story buildings.
