About The Position

Team Next Level, a locally owned Domino’s franchise with 22 stores, is hiring a Delivery Expert to deliver orders to customers by car and to their doors. Drivers also distribute flyers or door hangers to promote the business. The role combines safe driving and customer service with in-store food preparation and related tasks, including assembling pizzas, stocking ingredients, cleaning, handling phones, and using pizza tools. The position involves carrying pizzas and beverages, walking between the store and delivery locations, and navigating customer sites, including stairs—sometimes up to five flights—and multi-story buildings. Drivers work in varying and adverse weather conditions and need good far and night vision for safe driving and deliveries.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
At least two years of driving history.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle; insurance must be in the applicant’s name or shown on the declaration page.
Navigational skills to read maps and locate delivery addresses.
Ability to navigate multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying products.
Commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Good far vision and night vision for safe driving and deliveries.
Ability to meet the described physical demands, including bending, reaching, continuous hand use, carrying deliveries, walking, and climbing stairs.
