About The Position
The Delivery Expert upholds Domino's standards for grooming, uniform, and appearance while delivering quality customer service to internal and external customers in person and over the phone. The role includes collecting cash and credit card payments, promoting pizza products and specials, checking orders for accuracy against quality standards, and responding promptly to store phones and carryout customers. The position receives cross-training in product and ingredient preparation, opening and closing procedures, pizza oven operation, and boxing products for delivery or carryout. The Delivery Expert follows applicable state and federal driving laws and company rules, and ensures the delivery vehicle is mechanically and physically sound, properly registered, and insured.

Responsibilities
- Uphold Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance.
- Collect cash and credit card payments.
- Promote pizza products and specials.
- Receive cross-training in preparing products and ingredients, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products for delivery or carryout.
- Check products for accuracy against quality standards.
- Respond with a sense of urgency to store phone calls and carryout customers.
- Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers over the phone and in person.
- Speak and write clearly and accurately.
- Use a computer-based order entry system.
- Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
- Follow all state and federal vehicle and driving laws, rules, and regulations.
- Follow all rules and regulations of Domino's Pizza, LLC and Tylaur, Inc.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is mechanically and physically sound, properly registered, and insured at all times.
