About The Position
The Domino’s Pizza Delivery Expert serves as a primary point of contact with customers. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, honesty, friendliness, and clear communication while assisting customers in person and by phone at the store. Delivery Experts use their own insured vehicle to deliver orders, collect and count money, and are paid wages with mileage reimbursement for vehicle expenses. They may also receive cash tips from customers. Employees must be punctual and ready for scheduled work, meet Domino’s hygiene standards, and keep their vehicle clean and fueled. A background check and motor vehicle record check must meet Domino’s minimum requirements. Employees must agree to and sign the employee handbook, which covers workplace rules, dress, conduct, and job duties.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
- Must have access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
- Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check that meet Domino’s minimum requirements.
- Must be punctual and attend scheduled shifts.
- Must meet Domino’s hygiene standards and wear a clean uniform.
- Must be friendly and polite to customers and coworkers.
- Must agree to and sign the employee handbook.
Nice To Haves
- Working one weekend shift per week is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person and over the phone at the store.
- Drive a personal insured vehicle to customers’ homes to deliver orders.
- Collect and count money as part of the delivery process.
- Arrive on time and ready to work for scheduled shifts.
- Maintain personal hygiene and wear a clean uniform.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and fueled.
- Treat customers and other employees in a friendly and polite manner.
