About The Position

The Delivery Expert delivers products by car to customers’ doors and distributes flyers and door hangers. Team members must have a reliable vehicle and current insurance in their name, meet the applicable driving-history requirement, and complete a motor vehicle record and background check. Work in the store also includes customer service, making products, and cleanup. Requirements

• At least two years of driving history if 18 years old, or one year if 19 or older.
• Maintain a reliable car.
• Have car insurance; the insurance card must show the applicant’s name, or the applicant must provide the declarations page.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Complete a motor vehicle record check and background check.
• Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
• Have navigation skills sufficient to read a map and locate addresses in the delivery area.
• Be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
• Have far vision and night vision for driving.
• Be able to perform the physical duties described, including carrying, walking, climbing, bending, reaching, and continuous hand use.
