About The Position

Join the delivery team at the Vandalia location and help provide timely, accurate, and friendly order delivery throughout the area. The Delivery Expert represents the organization at customers’ doorsteps and is responsible for delivering products while providing a positive customer experience. The role offers flexible shifts, including day, evening, and closing shifts, and requires safe, efficient driving and dependable customer service.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 1–2 years of driving history, depending on age.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company standards.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Physical capability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery items.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation and route planning tools.
• Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to delivery schedules.
• Ability to work flexible hours across day, evening, and closing shifts.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders promptly and professionally along assigned routes in Vandalia.
• Use GPS and local knowledge to navigate routes efficiently and optimize delivery times and fuel efficiency.

• Greet customers courteously and respond to questions or concerns.
• Inspect vehicles daily to ensure they are safe, clean, and properly maintained.
