About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is seeking an energetic and dedicated Assistant Manager for its Vandalia location. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager with daily operations, staff leadership, customer service, inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and compliance. The role also helps promote a positive, collaborative workplace and supports marketing efforts to drive sales.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in retail or food service management.
• Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management and scheduling techniques.
• Experience with cash handling and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
