About The Position

The Delivery Expert delivers Domino’s products by car to customers within a designated delivery area and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. The role includes general store-team duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including potential paths to management or franchise ownership.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must be able to read maps, locate addresses within the delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately, and ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, crouching, and climbing stairs or ladders; product cases may weigh up to 50 pounds.
Ability to meet the role’s sensory needs, including talking and hearing by telephone, near-, mid-, far-, and night vision, depth perception, and distinguishing hot from cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers within the designated delivery area and to their doors.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Navigate to addresses using maps and other navigational skills, including adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, and stairs.
Operate store equipment and prepare products.
Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers.
Receive and process telephone orders, and communicate with customers and co-workers in person and by phone.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Unload and move bulk product deliveries using a hand truck, and carry or move supplies as needed.
