About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring a Delivery Expert to deliver orders and perform general store team-member duties. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including progression into management and franchise ownership. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Team members operate equipment; stock ingredients and supplies; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory; complete related paperwork; and clean equipment and the facility. Delivery duties include transporting orders by car to customers’ doors and distributing flyers and door hangers. The position involves working in varied store temperatures and conditions, communicating with customers and coworkers, and completing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, reaching, bending, and navigating stairs or other delivery terrain.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Ability to read maps, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Ability to understand and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Motor coordination to make rapid, accurate movements.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the physical duties described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and driving.

Responsibilities

Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Use maps and navigational skills to locate delivery addresses.
Unload and stock product deliveries, including cases of ingredients and supplies.
Communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by telephone.
