About The Position

Join the Domino’s team delivering pizza and other menu items by electric bike. The role involves delivering orders safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service and representing Domino’s. Riders also assist in-store between deliveries with tasks such as preparing orders, making boxes, cleaning, and answering phones. The position is available part-time or full-time and includes paid training; no prior delivery experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid state-issued ID.
• Must be an experienced and confident cyclist, comfortable riding in traffic, at night, and in various weather conditions.
• Must be physically capable of riding for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Must have strong navigation skills and familiarity with local streets.
• Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good customer service skills.
• Must be willing to assist in-store when not making deliveries.
• Must be able to follow safety rules and responsibly handle the e-bike.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hot, fresh pizzas and other menu items to customers using a company-provided electric bike.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Navigate safely and efficiently through the delivery area.
• Assist in-store between deliveries, including preparing orders, making boxes, cleaning, and answering phones.
• Follow safety and traffic rules and handle the e-bike responsibly.
