About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to staff its Berlin, New Hampshire area stores. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career growth, including advancement into management and potentially franchise ownership. Drivers deliver orders in the designated area and may also perform general store-team duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must have navigation skills to read maps and locate addresses in the designated delivery area, including navigating adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Must be able to work around varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, temperature changes, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
Must be able to talk and hear on the telephone.

Responsibilities

Deliver orders within the designated delivery area.
Use maps and navigation skills to locate addresses, including in adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders in person and over the phone.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Make correct monetary change.
