About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers for its Berlin, New Hampshire area stores. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to advance into management or other roles. Drivers deliver orders and also perform general store-team duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, handling telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Orientation and training are provided on the job. The position involves working in a fast-paced store environment and may require outside tasks in varying or adverse weather. Store conditions include temperature changes, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must have navigation skills to read maps and locate addresses in the designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers, in person and by telephone.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Responsibilities

Deliver orders within the designated delivery area.
Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Remove trash and perform other outside tasks as needed.
Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders in person and by telephone.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Make correct monetary change.
