About The Position
The Delivery Driver is expected to meet Domino’s Pizza’s minimum performance standards. Drivers must provide polite, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable service to phone and carryout customers; demonstrate the customer WOW steps (apologize, give customers what they want, and give them something extra); and follow the required delivery and workplace procedures. Drivers must keep their vehicles neat, clean, and presentable, carry $1 in coin change for every delivery, and say “Let me get your change” on every order. They must not be routed or checked in early from deliveries, carry more than $20 while on the clock, or possess a pocketknife or weapon while working. Every order must be repeated for accuracy, with the customer’s name and address confirmed. Drivers must complete the Safe Delivery CBT.

- Must carry $1 in coin change on every delivery.
- Must say “Let me get your change” on every order.
- Must repeat every order for accuracy and confirm the customer’s name and address.
- Must keep the driver vehicle neat, clean, and presentable.
- Must not carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money.
- Must not possess a pocketknife or weapon while working.
- Must not be routed or checked in early from deliveries.
