The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering orders while following Domino’s Pizza’s service, safety, cash-handling, and vehicle standards. Drivers must maintain a neat, clean, positive image in their vehicles, carry $1 in coin change on every delivery, and tell customers, “Let me get your change” on every order. Drivers must not be routed early or checked in early from deliveries, carry more than $20 while on the clock (including personal money), or possess a pocket knife or other weapon while working. Every order must be repeated for accuracy, with the customer’s name and address confirmed. Drivers must complete the Safe Delivery CBT. The job description also lists minimum expectations for employees generally, including polite, helpful customer service, maintaining a proper image, and demonstrating the customer WOW steps: apologize, give the customer what they want, and give them something extra. Product preparation standards include counting pepperoni and ham on every order, not clearing pizzas before they are ready to go in the oven, washing hands before making products, and following proper product procedures.
