About The Position

The Delivery Driver safely and efficiently delivers products to customers while providing exceptional service and representing the company professionally. The role builds positive customer relationships, ensures accurate and timely deliveries, maintains DOT compliance, and supports operational excellence through safe driving practices and vehicle upkeep. Work may take place indoors, outdoors, and in customer environments, with frequent exposure to varying weather and temperature conditions and moderate noise from vehicles, equipment, and warehouse operations. The role includes regular customer interaction and independent work, and may require non-standard shifts, extended hours, and temporary third-shift coverage. Applicable PPE and adherence to DOT and safety requirements are required.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid Class A or B driver’s license.
Clean driving record.
Ability to obtain a Class A or B CDL as necessary for business needs.
Ability to meet and maintain DOT qualifications.
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
Ability to operate lift truck equipment.
Ability to maintain a valid MVR and operate company vehicles safely.
Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
Ability to hear traffic, equipment warnings, and other safety-related sounds.
Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records.
