About The Position

Imperial Brady is hiring a CDL Class B Delivery Driver in the City of Industry. The driver is responsible for a daily route of stops, delivering merchandise to customer-designated locations and providing exceptional customer service. Deliveries require unloading products by hand and using a manual pallet jack and dolly. The schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, from 4:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or until finished.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver’s license (Class B).
• Ability to pass a DOT Medical Exam.
• Good driving record.
• One year of recent CDL B experience.
• One year of route delivery experience.
• One year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience.
• Lift gate experience.
• Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting 50 or more pounds comfortably and unassisted.
• Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26-foot box truck with a gross vehicle weight of 26,000 pounds.
• Load and unload cargo by hand and using a manual pallet jack and lift gate.
• Track and document activity logs properly.
• Report issues or incidents to dispatch.
• Inspect the truck before and after each trip.
• Communicate with customers with an outgoing, positive attitude.
• Deliver merchandise to customer-designated locations and provide exceptional customer service.
