About The Position

Domino’s is hiring a Delivery Driver to deliver products or flyers safely, securely, and on time within a designated delivery area. Drivers also help with in-store tasks when deliveries are not busy. The position involves customer service, order processing, food preparation and stocking, cleaning, and operating store equipment. The company offers a flexible schedule and paid training, with opportunities to advance from Delivery Driver to management and other roles. Training includes videos, coaching guides, quizzes, and on-the-job instruction. The work may involve adverse weather, changing temperatures, food and other odors, cornmeal dust, confined spaces, hot surfaces and products, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Tasks include standing and walking frequently, driving, carrying products, and occasional stair or ladder navigation. The job requires communication, vision, coordination, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks and work independently or with others under stress.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have no more than three moving violations in the last three years.
Must not have had any drug- or alcohol-related motor vehicle violations in the last five years.
Must have access to an insured, registered vehicle in proper working condition for delivery.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, while carrying products.
Must have customer service, verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic and make correct monetary change.
Must be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen and operate store equipment.
Must be able to lift and carry products and supplies, including cases weighing up to 50 pounds, and navigate stairs as required.
Must have the physical and sensory abilities described for the work, including standing, walking, reaching, hand coordination, and far and night vision for delivery work.

Responsibilities

Deliver products or flyers within the designated delivery area safely, securely, and on time.
Navigate to addresses using maps and travel across delivery sites, including multi-story buildings and private homes.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Help with in-store tasks when not busy making deliveries.
Take and process orders by phone and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Stock ingredients and supplies, prepare products, receive deliveries, and clean equipment and the facility.
Operate store equipment and handle products, tools, and supplies as needed.
