About The Position
The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering customer orders while following Domino’s Pizza performance and safety standards. Drivers must keep their vehicles neat, clean, and in a positive image; carry $1 in coin change for every delivery; and say, “Let me get your change” on every order. Drivers must not be routed or checked in early from deliveries. Every driver must complete the Safe Delivery CBT. All orders must be repeated for accuracy, with the customer’s name and address confirmed. Team members are expected to assist phone and carryout customers politely and knowledgeably, maintain the required appearance, and demonstrate the customer WOW steps: apologize, give customers what they want, and give them something extra. Additional store standards include following proper product procedures, washing hands before making products, counting pepperoni and ham on every pizza order, and not clearing pizzas before they are ready to go into the oven. While on the clock, employees may not carry more than $20, including personal money, or carry a pocketknife or any weapon.
