About The Position

As a Delivery Driver, you will operate a delivery vehicle in compliance with traffic laws and company safety standards, efficiently navigate assigned routes, and deliver orders to designated addresses. The role also includes in-store support, customer and team communication, and administrative and financial tasks. You will help maintain a safe, clean work environment and provide professional customer service.

Responsibilities

Operate the delivery vehicle in compliance with traffic laws and company safety standards.
Navigate assigned delivery routes using maps and navigational applications, and deliver orders to designated addresses within the delivery area.
Navigate multi-story buildings and adverse terrain to complete deliveries.
Maintain accurate delivery records and complete associated paperwork.
Operate equipment as directed.
Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products according to company specifications as needed.
Receive and process telephone orders when required.
Maintain the cleanliness of designated work areas and equipment daily.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members, verbally and in writing.
Process orders accurately over the phone and in person, and provide professional customer service and service recovery as needed.
Comprehend and execute written instructions correctly.
Accurately process monetary transactions, including calculating change, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
Enter orders using computer keyboards or touch screens.
Maintain precise documentation of deliveries and transactions.
