About The Position

Domino's is growing and looking to add Delivery Experts to their team. Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid out every other Friday. Delivery Experts use their own vehicles and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto-related expenses. Delivery Experts can choose their own schedule, with flexible part-time and full-time hours available. Drivers have access to cutting-edge technology that makes the safe delivery of Domino's products faster than the competition, leading to more money for the driver.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must have 1 year minimum verifiable driving history.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
• Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings in order to deliver products.

Responsibilities

• Use their own vehicles for deliveries.
• Receive adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and other auto-related expenses.
• Use safe driving practices to deliver products within a designated delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings to deliver products.
• Follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make good judgments and decisions.
• Deliver pizzas and beverages, potentially navigating 5+ flights of stairs.
• Perform forward bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station, front counter, and when stocking ingredients.
• Crouch and bend occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reach continuously (up, down, and forward) for various tasks including oven controls, changing prices on signs, lifting and lowering objects, scooping ingredients, washing dishes, cleaning work surfaces, and answering phones.
• Use eye-hand coordination for continuous use of hands for tasks such as shaping pizza dough, using a pizza peel and rolling cutter, and pinching to assemble pizza boxes.
• Grasp cans, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
• Talk and hear on the telephone.
• Use depth perception, near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks.
• Differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Use far and night vision for driving.
