About The Position

Domino's is growing and looking to add Delivery Experts to their team. Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips are paid daily, with hourly wages paid out every other Friday. Delivery Experts use their own vehicles and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto-related expenses. Delivery Experts can choose their own schedule, with flexible part-time and full-time hours available. Drivers have access to cutting-edge technology that makes the safe delivery of Domino's products faster, leading to more money. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a clean driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
• Must have 1 year minimum verifiable driving history.
• Must have a reliable vehicle.
• Must have valid insurance.
• Must possess good navigational skills.
• Must be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must possess valid driver's license.

• Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.

Responsibilities

• Use their own vehicles to deliver Domino's products.
• Navigate to customer locations, including multi-story buildings.
• Use safe driving practices within a designated delivery area.
• Make several deliveries per shift.
• Perform pizza assembly at a station requiring forward bending at the waist.
• Stock ingredients and clean low areas.
• Reach for controls, change signs, and lift/lower objects.
• Scoop ingredients and wash dishes.
• Shape pizza dough, requiring forceful use of forearms and wrists.
• Manipulate a pizza peel and rolling cutter.
• Grasp cans, pizza cutters, pizza peels, and pizza boxes.
• Talk and hear on the telephone.
• Use near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks.
• Differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Use far and night vision for driving.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Follow directives and perform repetitive tasks.
• Work alone and well with others.
• Work well under stress.
• Meet strict quality control standards.
• Analyze and compile data.
• Make good judgments and decisions.
• Distribute flyers and door hangers.
