About The Position

Patterson Pizza Company, a family-owned Domino’s franchise based in Charlotte, is hiring a Delivery Driver at its Raleigh location. Drivers deliver hot, fresh pizza and provide a positive customer experience. Total compensation averages $15–$20 per hour, including hourly pay, tips, and mileage reimbursement, with estimated annual total compensation of $30,000–$40,000. Drivers can take their tips home at the end of each shift. The role also includes in-store customer service and support tasks when not making deliveries. Flexible scheduling is available. Benefits are offered to eligible employees.

Requirements

• Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one year, excluding permit time.
• Have a clean driving record, with no more than three violations in two years.
• Have a reliable personal vehicle with current insurance.
• Have an excellent sense of direction and knowledge of the local area.
• Be a reliable team player with the energy to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Pass a standard background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely and promptly deliver customer orders in the local area.
• Answer phones and accurately take customer orders.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Provide friendly customer service with a positive attitude.
• Help maintain store cleanliness by washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping.
• Assist the in-store team when not making deliveries.
