About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Delivery Drivers to deliver orders quickly and professionally throughout the service area. When not making deliveries, drivers support in-store operations, including food preparation, cleaning, and stocking. The role suits individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment and working as part of a team.

The listed hourly pay is $17.13–$18.50, with the opportunity to earn additional income through customer tips. Premera Blue Cross health insurance is offered after 90 days to team members averaging at least 130 hours per month, with 50%–75% of the premium covered. Paid sick leave accrues at a minimum rate of one hour for every 40 hours worked, beginning on the first day of employment, in accordance with Washington State law.

Strong availability for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Flexible weekly scheduling is provided whenever possible. The position is with an independently owned and operated Domino’s franchise, which is solely responsible for employment decisions and is the driver’s employer.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders safely and on time to customer locations.
• Provide friendly, courteous service during delivery interactions.
• Navigate efficiently using GPS or basic road maps.
• Assist with food preparation, order assembly, and kitchen tasks.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Stock ingredients, supplies, and packaging as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of delivery vehicles before and after shifts.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.
