About The Position

VAZ Restaurants, LLC, a growing operator of 29 Domino’s franchise locations, is hiring delivery drivers. Drivers deliver orders within the designated area and may periodically assist with in-store tasks such as food preparation and cleaning. The role includes customer service, processing orders, operating store equipment, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, and completing related paperwork. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The stated pay is $20.00 per hour, plus tips and mileage. Drivers must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid driver's license and at least two years of licensed driving history in the United States, with documentation.
Have an unsuspended or uninterrupted driving history for at least 1.5 years during the last two years.
Meet the stated driving-record standards: no more than one violation and one at-fault accident in the last two years; no more than two violations and one at-fault accident in the last three years; no more than three violations in the last three years; and no more than one at-fault accident in the last three years.
Have no distracted or inattentive driving violations within the last three years and no serious violations within the last five years.
Have access to a vehicle that is insured, registered, meets safety standards, and is covered by an insurance policy on which the driver is listed.
Possess customer service and navigation skills, including the ability to read a map, locate addresses, and navigate adverse terrain.
Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally to process orders.
Be able to perform basic arithmetic and make correct monetary change.
Be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Be able to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, and occasionally climbing, stooping, or crouching.
Be available to work weekends and holidays; the posting states this is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Deliver orders within the designated delivery area and navigate to customer addresses, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
Provide customer service and communicate with customers and co-workers in person and by telephone.
Periodically assist with food preparation, cleaning, and other in-store tasks.
Operate store equipment and stock ingredients and supplies in storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility daily.
Use and maintain a vehicle that meets safety requirements for business deliveries.
