About The Position
Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to staff local stores. Drivers deliver orders within a designated area and use navigational skills to locate addresses, including in multi-story buildings and other delivery locations. This role also includes general store-team duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The company describes opportunities for career advancement, including management and franchise ownership.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
- Possess navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
- Be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
- Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Be able to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Responsibilities
- Deliver products to customers within the designated delivery area.
- Read maps and locate delivery addresses, including in multi-story buildings and other delivery locations.
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
- Prepare products.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
- Remove trash and perform other outside tasks.
