About The Position

Domino's is hiring delivery drivers to deliver orders within a designated area while providing customer service. Drivers need to navigate to delivery addresses, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings, and use an insured vehicle that meets company standards. Team members also perform general store duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Orientation and training are provided on the job. The role offers potential opportunities for advancement, including into management or franchise ownership.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
Must have at least two years of licensed driving history in the United States and provide documentation of it.
Must have an unsuspended or uninterrupted driving history for at least 1.5 years during the last two years; the suspension cannot be at the start of that period.
Driving record limits apply: no more than one violation and one at-fault accident in the last two years; no more than two violations and one at-fault accident in the last three years; no more than three violations in the last three years; and no more than one at-fault accident in the last three years.
Must have no distracted-driving or inattentive-driving violations within the last three years and no serious violations within the past five years.
Must have customer-service, verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Must be able to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
Must be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate with customers and co-workers.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Must have motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make precise movements and perform continuous hand tasks.
Must be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
Must be able to perform the stated physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and grasping.
Must be able to use a computer keyboard or touchscreen and navigate delivery routes.

Responsibilities

Deliver orders to customers within the designated delivery area.
Provide customer service and communicate with customers and co-workers in person and by telephone.
Read maps and locate delivery addresses, including navigating multi-story buildings and other delivery sites while carrying products.
Operate store equipment and use a computer keyboard or touchscreen to enter orders.
Stock ingredients and supplies in storage areas, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility daily.
Unload and move deliveries and supplies, including using a hand truck and moving trays on dollies.
Complete periodic vehicle inspections under the supervision of franchisees and store managers.
