About The Position

The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering Domino’s products and providing quality customer service in person and over the phone. The role also supports store operations through cross-training in product preparation, opening and closing procedures, oven operation, and order accuracy. Drivers must follow applicable driving laws and company policies and ensure their delivery vehicle is safe, registered, and insured.

Requirements

• Follow applicable state and federal vehicle and driving laws, rules, and regulations.
• Maintain a mechanically and physically sound, properly registered, and insured delivery vehicle.
• Speak and write clearly and accurately.
• Demonstrate comprehension of a computer-based order entry system.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Domino’s standards for grooming, uniform, and appearance.
• Collect cash and credit card payments.
• Promote pizza products and specials.
• Receive cross-training in preparing products and ingredients, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products for delivery or carryout.
• Check products for accuracy against quality standards.
• Respond with a sense of urgency to store phone calls and carryout customers.
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers by phone and in person.
• Speak and write clearly and accurately.
• Use a computer-based order entry system.
• Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
• Follow all state and federal vehicle and driving laws, rules, and regulations.
• Follow all rules and regulations of Domino’s Pizza, LLC and Tylaur, Inc.
• Ensure the delivery vehicle is mechanically and physically sound and properly registered and insured at all times.
