U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., distributes tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. The Delivery Driver operates a box truck weighing under 26,001 pounds or other vehicles on assigned routes, making approximately 10–20 deliveries per day. Drivers make timely customer deliveries, maintain required records, inspect vehicles, handle delivery payments, and use a company-provided handheld device to confirm deliveries. The role also includes loading and unloading products and may involve operating material-handling equipment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or until deliveries are completed, with rotating Saturdays. Schedules may change based on business needs. Employees should expect approximately 8–12 hours per day and may be required to work overtime. The position requires frequent lifting of approximately 50 pounds, occasional lifting up to 80 pounds, and pushing with up to 40 pounds of force. Team lifts or mechanical equipment are used when handling commercial tires. The work may expose employees to prevailing weather conditions, moderate noise, and fumes associated with tires and occasionally car parts and lubricants. Required protective equipment includes steel- or composite-toe boots, a safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self-retracting lifeline. U.S. AutoForce provides the equipment except for the boots.
