About The Position

The Delivery Driver (non-CDL) delivers products to customers, providing timely transportation from origin to destination, unloading and staging products at customer locations, and maintaining customer satisfaction through on-time delivery and professional interaction. The role represents the Company through responsible driving and excellent customer service, and helps build strong customer relationships. The position pays $18.75 per hour. Travel is required 75% of the time, with no overnight stays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Occasionally lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds; handle tires over approximately 50 pounds by rolling, destacking, or team lifting.
• Meet the job’s vision requirements, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport products from origin to destination as assigned in a timely manner.
• Unload cargo and stage products at customers’ places of business.
• Follow Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations.
• Help verify outgoing and incoming products for accuracy of size, amount, and type.
• Collect customer payments in forms accepted by the Company.
• Ensure required administrative paperwork is available for inspection and accompanies deliveries.
• Represent the Company professionally through customer interactions and responsible driving.
• Maintain driver logs, fuel purchase records, mileage records, and other records required by law and Company policy.
• Occasionally operate powered industrial vehicles, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
