About The Position

Mammoth Distribution is hiring a full-time Delivery Driver or Route Driver to perform daily business-to-business deliveries to cannabis dispensaries and weekly long-haul routes from its North Hollywood, California location. The role involves managing inventory for deliveries and product pickups, occasionally handling accounts-receivable payments, completing accurate delivery reports and paperwork, and coordinating with the sales team about delivery changes, product issues, and payment matters. Drivers may share product knowledge with dispensary partners as directed and are expected to maintain confidentiality, a professional image, and excellent customer service.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of delivery, route-driving, or long-haul driving experience.
• A clean driving record.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Comfort using delivery apps, GPS navigation, and inventory management systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and discretion.
• Flexibility and adaptability to a variable schedule and occasional overtime.
• Ability to drive a van or box truck for 8–12+ hours daily.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stoop, stretch, twist, and bend throughout the shift.
• Good vision and hearing, with consistent, reliable, and punctual attendance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience driving a box truck, Sprinter van, or cargo van.
• Cannabis industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily B2B deliveries to cannabis dispensaries across the Los Angeles area.
• Run long-haul routes, averaging once per week, to territories outside the normal delivery radius.
• Manage inventory for deliveries and product pickups from business partners.
• Occasionally handle accounts-receivable payments and follow standard operating procedures to keep funds organized.
• Complete daily delivery reports and maintain accurate, meticulous paperwork.
• Collaborate with the sales team regarding delivery changes, product issues, and payment matters.
• Share product knowledge with dispensary partners as directed.
• Project a professional image and provide outstanding customer service at every stop.
• Maintain company confidentiality.
