About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Delivery Drivers for its franchise stores. Drivers deliver food by car to customers’ doors and are expected to provide courteous service, drive safely, arrive punctually, and represent the brand professionally. The role offers a flexible schedule and may suit people seeking work alongside school or a second job. Team members may also stock ingredients and help with other store tasks. Advancement opportunities include management, general management, franchise ownership, and Corporate Operations.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license and at least two years of driving experience.
Must have a clean driving record and pass a background check.
Must have access to an insured vehicle.
Must be able to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
Must be able to navigate diverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying products.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Must be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Must be able to communicate and understand verbal and written instructions over the phone or in person.
Must have a positive attitude, energy, punctuality, and commitment to working with purpose while prioritizing safe driving.

Responsibilities

Deliver food by car to customers’ doors in a safe and courteous manner.
Navigate to addresses throughout the designated delivery area.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s image standards.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and coolers.
Make correct monetary change.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Communicate and understand verbal and written instructions over the phone or in person.
Work as a team player.
