Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience operating delivery or commercial vehicles.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery applications.
• Knowledge of vehicle safety compliance and maintenance requirements.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings and evenings.
• Physical capability to perform repetitive lifting and loading tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently while following traffic laws and company safety protocols.
• Plan and execute delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet schedules.
• Load, unload, and transport packages of varying sizes and weights.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and package documentation.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Use GPS and mapping systems to locate delivery addresses.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues professionally.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and organization.
• Promptly report vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
