About The Position
Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager for its Peoria store. The Assistant Manager helps ensure smooth store operations, delivers exceptional customer service, and leads the team. The role supports the store manager in meeting sales targets and improving store performance while maintaining company policies, food safety, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in math and problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Team player with a can-do attitude.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards.
- Run shifts efficiently and ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
- Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately.
- Interact positively with customers, address concerns, and resolve issues.
- Assist in training and developing new team members.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the store.
- Implement and follow company policies and procedures.
- Support inventory management and stock control.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet business needs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
