About The Position

Domino’s Delivery Drivers receive and process customer orders, prepare products, stock ingredients, clean equipment and the facility, distribute marketing materials, and communicate with customers and team members. Drivers deliver orders within a designated area and may also perform additional tasks requested by management. The role offers flexibility for people seeking part-time work, full-time employment, or a second job.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Possess navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Be able to drive in adverse weather conditions, including rain, sleet, snow, high winds, and hail.
• Have a positive and helpful attitude.
• Conform to Domino’s Pizza image and uniform standards.
• Be able to work alone and with others.
• Desire to meet high quality-control standards in fast-paced circumstances.
• Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Be able to make correct monetary change.
• Be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard and touch screen.
• Have strong hand-eye coordination.
• Be able to receive instructions and complete tasks within a specified period of time.
• Remain standing for extended periods while performing many tasks.
• Walk briskly or run when safe between the store and delivery vehicle, and between the vehicle and customer locations.
• Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds and rarely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Infrequently climb ladders to clean, change signs, or perform maintenance.
• Be able to navigate five or more flights of stairs during deliveries when required.
• Frequently crouch, bend, and reach while preparing products, stocking, and cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders in-store and by phone.
• Prepare products.
• Stock ingredients in storage areas, production areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Clean equipment and the facility daily.
• Distribute marketing materials.
• Communicate verbally with customers and fellow team members in a positive manner.
• Deliver products within the designated delivery area.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by the management team.
