About The Position

Domino's is hiring a delivery driver to deliver orders within a designated area and perform general store team-member duties. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career advancement, including progression to management or franchise ownership. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Drivers must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license with a safe driving record that meets company standards, and have access to an insured vehicle for deliveries. The position requires map-reading and navigation skills, including the ability to navigate adverse terrain and multi-story buildings. Team members may also operate store equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, handle phone orders, take inventory, complete paperwork, and clean the facility.

The work involves variable indoor temperatures, food-related odors and dust, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, and occasional outdoor work in adverse weather. Physical duties include standing and walking, lifting and carrying supplies, moving trays on dollies, and infrequently using stairs or a ladder.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Possess navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including navigating adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
• Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; use a calculator if needed.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Have motor coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Be able to perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Be able to lift and stack ingredient and supply cases weighing up to 50 pounds, with cases stacked on shelves up to 72 inches high.
• Be able to perform the physical activities described, including standing, walking, carrying, pushing or pulling trays, and infrequently using stairs or a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders within the designated delivery area.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and work areas, including the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage.
• Occasionally navigate stairs or climb a ladder for tasks such as changing sign prices, washing walls, or performing maintenance.
