About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring a delivery driver to deliver orders to customers within a designated area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to grow into management or other roles. Drivers may also perform general store team-member duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking and processing orders, completing inventory and paperwork, and cleaning the equipment and facility. Orientation and training are provided on the job.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses in the designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, while carrying products.
• Must be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
• Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
• Must have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Must have the motor coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately, and be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Must be able to perform duties involving standing, walking, carrying, climbing, and lifting; deliveries may require climbing five or more flights of stairs.
• Must be able to unload and handle product deliveries, including cases weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within the designated delivery area.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate to addresses using maps and handle delivery locations that may include private homes, multi-story buildings, and other sites.
• Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries.
• Operate store equipment and stock ingredients and supplies.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
